SHIPPING POLICY

Every Sewn By Syd bonnet is hand-made to order within 5-10 business days of receiving the order. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for delivery of your bonnet(s). You can expect to receive your bonnet within 2-4 weeks of placing the order, and it will be delivered via USPS. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact me.

All orders over $100 will receive FREE shipping!

Local delivery/pickup is available for FREE.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sewn By Syd. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, or your bonnet becomes unsewn, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy. You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it for a full exchange or adjustment. Please contact us before returning any item so that we can coordinate adjustments or exchanges in a manor that is quick and convenient for you.
