When can I expect my bonnet?

Please note that the bonnets are made to order and fabrics are ordered from a premium distributor. Once materials arrive, it will take 5-10 business days to sew and an additional 5-10 business days for delivery of your bonnet(s). You can expect to receive your bonnet within 2-4 weeks of placing the order. I appreciate your patience!
How Do I wash my bonnet?

To best preserve the fabric and color hand wash and air dry, but these bonnets are able to withstand machine washing and tumble dry on low heat.
What if it's too tight/too loose?

All bonnets have soft comfortable elastic that fits most comfortably. If you have issues, we will adjust your bonnet elastic free of charge, but please consider sizing when ordering the bonnet. I.e., If you know you like a looser fit, leave a note on the order page for a few extra inches in elastic.
My bonnet has come un-sewn, what do I do?

With your purchase of any bonnet, there is a 30 day guarantee, where any non-damaged bonnets (no tears - rips, etc) will be repaired or replaced free of charge if they become unwound or unsewn.
Why is the color slightly different that what i ordered?

I try my best to give an accurate description and depiction of the fabric colors (typically using the fabric company's stock photos), and keep them consistent, but note that sometimes the lighting changes the appearance of the fabric color. Additionally, I have partial color blindness, so please forgive and allow for slight color variation.
